Hey how are you? My name is, Ed. I am 53 years old. This is my favorite aftershave. My Grandfather was a barber also and this was his favorite aftershave. I wish he was alive today to see all the younger generation really liking this and advertising it. It has stood the test of time. I have used Coachman also years ago. Very similar to Clubman.

Clubman is one of my favourite colognes. My barber gave me a bottle of it one year at Christmas and I loved it since.

Yup! I really slathered it on for Thanksgiving in the USA. Lasted all day, although it was just a skin scent for most of the time. It was great!

Recently purchased some of Canoe cologne, and it seems to my nose that it smells similar to this Pinaud Clubman...(?)

Yep. I used to wear Canoe EDT in the 70's "clubbing". It is very similar in fragrance to Clubman. Maybe a little sweeter and with a little less citrus. I believe that they also made an aftershave?

The scent is not comparable, in my opinion. AV Musk is sweet musk, while this one is strong, powdery, and has an "earthy" tinge from the moss notes. Longevity is about the same, in my experience. YMMV. Thanks for the question!

I respectfully disagree with the Scent score 0f 7.5 , it is a 9.5 at minimum.
