Classic car chase: Ford Fairlane v. Ford Consul

I never expected to see a movie car chase between these two, but here it is and its so good it should be bottled. The scene is from an Egyptian film 'Al Mouchaghib' (The Troublemakers) released in 1965. While the 1959 Fairlane and the Consul lumber their way down the highway, the police give chase in a Seat 1500 station wagon! Life was much slower back then LOL. In case you're interested, the film starred Farid Shawki, Mahmoud al Meligui and bellydancer Nagwa Fouad (she's in the Consul).

Great video. The car is a Ford Consul not a Zephyr. Consul was a 4 cyl and the Zephyr was a 6 cyl.
