I had a 2 door ‘65 Falcon Futura with a 289 engine back in 1980 when I was 18. It was my first car and it I had a blast driving it! I really miss that car and hope to own another Falcon soon!

Terrific looking, sounding car. My first car at 16 was a 63 convertible, 6 cylinder, 3 on the tree. I would have been over the moon for this.

My first car, but it had the 260 V8. Bought it for $35 bucks when I was 15. My second was a 65 . I love those falcons!

great spot for the tach...nothing worse than a massive gauge sticking in your face that ruins a dash...great job!

True. Had same exact car in high school. The original shifter was so loose and worn out, I bought the same Hurst shifter (short throw). What did you think about the new fuel gauge and tach? Looked pretty clean in my mind.
