Becca Glass That is tough. I like the detail in Jan Brett's illustrations. I also like Tasha Tudor and Eloise Wilkins. I need to add a couple more books to my previous list. I like to read Boxes for Katje when we do our Operation Christmas Child boxes (not necessarily a Christmas book, but about giving). Also, we like A New Coat for Anna, and my girls love Jan Brett's Gingerbread Baby, The Mitten, and The Three Snow Bears. Do y'all have any favorite Christmas music or movies that your family enjoys? Might make a nice video 😉!

The Hat by Jan Brett is one of our favorites! Love her books. Need to get more. I also just recently discovered Tasha Tudor when I was looking for classic board books for a friend of mine who's having a baby. 1 is One is the book I chose and I almost couldn't let go of it because the illustrations were just so beautiful. LOL! That would be a fun video to do...might just have to do one next week!

Hello. Just found your videos. We like A Christmas Carol. With your curriculum how many written narration per week do you have your 11yr old complete? We have purchased SCM to begin soon. We have an 11 and 9 yr old still at home.

Hi Michelle! Our 11 year old does about two written narrations a week. That will probably increase to three towards the end of our school year. What do you currently do with your 11 year old?

Hi Becca, we were using a more traditional method. After Christmas we will be full swing Charlotte Mason. So far we have only had oral narrations.
