Can I suggest you get rid of the background music. It's making me feel stressy and it's getting very repetitive. 🤯

Did you follow this to the tee? My eight year old daughter and I started out writing out the bird facts along with some sort of artsy idea to go with it. Kinda like birds cards. It was her idea but she soon as bored with it and we took a break. I am just trying to be creative with it because my daughter is very hands on with variety.

I don't have highschoolers yet, but I've used the history. Highschoolers could easily do this on their own. The schedule is in the book along with what is being read each term. The daily schedule makes it easy and very open and go.

I love your videos! Will you be doing a new video for the 20-21 school year? I have always wanted to school the Charlotte mason way, but have always felt I never understood it enough or would fail my child. He’s a 5th grader now and I did it again this year and ordered a boxed curr. And am now regretting it. 😞 Is it too late to start this CM philosophy?

I just want to say thank you for your helpful SCM videos! About a year ago I watched them as I was deciding what direction to take with my incoming first grader. Thanks to your great overviews, I went ahead with SCM and we have been enjoying it. I even ordered the same planner that you showed in another video and it made laying out weekly lessons SO simple. All this to say- thanks so much! I'll be reviewing your videos as we venture into second grade :).

Hey there! What are your recommendations for a sort of all in one homeschool curriculum for children between 6-12? Just to elaborate a little, I homeschooled previously for a number of years with a very relaxed approach where we basically spent 75% of our day outside in the garden and the remainder indoors cooking and reading and listening to stories. It worked well when my littles were so little. 🙂 However, due to extenuating circumstances I decided to place my children in school for a school year. When this school year began our situation changed and it made sense not to send them again. Since this school year began I’ve sort of struggled to really find my feet. I’m still working a full time position and although I’m able to work solely from home and my hours are thankfully super flexible, I find myself struggling to really feel structured and settled with the children. I was wondering if you could recommend a curriculum that is organized and already scheduled, or if there’s an easy way to do that on my own and perhaps some directives on how to choose which curriculum etc.. Ugh I hope I’m making sense! 😬 Basically, I know what I want my children to learn and I know my style of homeschooling (Charlotte Mason approach). I just don’t know which books for which ages and how to organize it all in a way that feels predictable and structured. Thanks for taking the time to sort through this message and share any input! - Angie
