This is a traditional barber in Japan called "Tokoya". They mostly use clippers. It's mostly common among middle aged male who just want to get their hair shortened. People don't come here to have stylish and modern haircut😅 But "Tokoya" have great face shaving techniques and I think this barber in the video has done both haircut and shaving neatly Please don't mistake things just by watching a single video😂
