GabeRozier They were NOT at a crosswalk. They were coming out of a grocery store. A pedestrian only has the right away if they are in the crosswalk or in the path of a vehicle. They can’t just walk out in front of you, and expect you to stop, which was her case. I have had the same thing happen to me, and I didn’t stop either.

And while getting both licenses the teachers always taught me that pedestrians and cyclists always have the right of way because they have the least amount of protection regardless if they are in the wrong or not. I was taught to take into account their reckless behavior and navigate around it for their protection. That and to save time from waiting for cops in case of accidents and other legal related aggravations.

Some people dont know how to properly drive and dont know the rules. Even when they pop up the driver has to stop. It just takes a second. One thing I’ve notice, SOME women won’t stop to let people cross or long enough at a stop sign. Men seems to be better at letting people cross. I am a woman myself and 8 time out 10, when a car runs pass me at a stop sign while trying to cross I see a woman driver.

. He is a little shy looking but you can tell when certain things were said/mentioned and he twisted his lips up he was a little aggravated so he’s just very passive aggressive. My ex was like that, a guy stepped on my foot in the line at the fair and didn’t say excuse me so I asked why he didn’t say something and he told me I was in the way even though I was in line with him.
