Call it what you want, but a lot of what this man is saying is valid. It seems like a lot of times, he tries to talk about how he feels, but he isn't able to, because it's irrelevant to her. He may not sound the best, but if you listen to what he's really trying to say, he makes a lot of sense. Now I don't think that he should have messed with her music, but aside from that, I don't think that he's mentioned anything that's irrational. I hope he finds someone that can love him for him and be genuine in their efforts.

@@Zen_Nurse No one is perfect. When I got married I had an unhealthy addiction (it wasn't wasn't with drugs or anything that would harm my body). My husband didn't write me off cause of it. Some people don't understand how to react when they're upset and they freak out. I personally believe he has a form of autism. My husband is autistic and when we first got married....OH MY GOSH it was HARD!!! He spoke like this guy when he was anxious or frustrated, it was really reeeeaallly hard for him to figure out exactly what he wanted to say and I was extremely impatient with him. What's crazy is, he never gave up on me so I decided not to give up on him but instead help him as much as I could. Now we still have our arguments (as all couples do), however we're still thriving. I see that he (the guy in the show) has a good heart, he's sweet, he has a heart of forgiveness which is so hard to find. Yes he can still be sweet even though he messed up her CD's. He let his anger get the best of him and sinned in his anger. It happens he's not perfect, and he owned up to it. Some people would lie about it even if everyone knew it was them, they'd still lie about it. He was honest.

Kiki Wo But he clearly hadn't let it go which is why he was breaking sh!t when she was being evasive about whom she was talking to on the phone or about the people she's hanging out with. She could have prevented those reactions or at least reduced their severity by being open about what she was doing. Isn't that what Lynn Toler would say if a guy had cheated, been forgiven, but started being secretive on the phone to the point where she got upset? Wouldn't Lynn Toler tell him it's his job to make her feel secure even if she had forgiven him for the initial transgression?

This is the realist couple I’ve seen on this show.. with counseling I think they can make it work... communicate more( his tantrums is a lack of being heard ) cut back on the alcohol etc...am I the only one who thinks he communicates well though ?

I was in a relationship with an alcoholic for 4 years and she kept telling me she was going to stop drinking and get help, but her actions spoke louder than her words and she didn't stop at all. I ended the relationship and moved on with my life.
