t out my fall fashions. I am now turning 77 in two days and have moved to northern South Carolina where it doesn’t feel like fall until almost December. I am buying and making clothes in darker linens and cottons and pairing them with lighter weight sweaters in linen, cotton, and I find I can wear lighter cashmere sweaters until May here. Thanks ladies. Nothing beats classic look, right😊... I love that you chose to show mainly skinny jeans instead of the baggy ones. Baggy pants are difficult to style - they do not flatter petit women - they make me look frumpy and even shorter than I am.

Glad you enjoyed it. We got a lot of comments on the skinny jeans but in the fall they tend to be very popular because they are the easiest to style with ankle boots or tall boots. They are still very much in style and we love these classic looks.

Here in Minnesota definitely fall is in the air already and I think we might have an early winter I have a blue and white plaid shirt with some pink I’m going to try tying the front and pairing it with a long rose colored sweater and skinny jeans and boots Have to be careful with proportions tho since I’m 5’1” and also 75 yo. I just love your channel and all the examples you show and I love clothes I always get a little down as winter approaches since we’ll be covering up with winter coats for 6 months and it’s hard to look fashionable. However when the cold winds blow being warm is the priority. I found some awesome 3” block heeled boots. Every climate has its perks!

I'm a Midwestern girl, I love Fall it's my favorite season! My favorite is a classic Ralph Lauren wool blazer with a corduroy skirt or pants and a nice shirt. Another favorite are sweaters with jeans, I prefer the classic cut not the skinny. And of course a Buffalo plaid flannel shirt over a pair of black thick leggins or a maxi skirt. And don't forget a vest over a turtleneck with a slim pair of pants tucked into a pair of riding boots. I love the shades of brown we are seeing this year!

My friend gifted me her father’s Oscar de la Renta blazer and a cream leather button up shirt, I can’t wait to wear them this fall. Her father has dementia and she’s slowly started getting rid of some things he has been hoarding. I will wear them with honor. I also can’t wait to wear my silk maxi skirt (I wear it year round and a new maxi wool skirt. I got them both thrifting and they were only $3 each!

Yes, the humidity is awful here! Luckily, we spend most of our time in the AC so that helps but linen pieces are great.

I have all these pieces since I started editing my wardrobe three years ago for more classic items. So many great fall looks. I would love to find a maxi pleated skirt like you showed.
