Programming by Steve Ettinger, Graphics by me; one of the amazing achievements at the time was the animation Steve provided by having the foreground images and background images go in opposite directions within the same pixel areas... We came up with this game back in 1980...33 years ago!

If you look close - you might decipher both of our initials written in the stars - SEE for Steve E. Ettinger on the left - JAF for Joe A. Ferreira on the right...I think we got in a little trouble for that at the time.

For those of you that either have discovered retro-gaming or are old enuff to have played them new - I'd like to share a review of a new PS2 collection that includes one of my never-released Intelevision creations: "MAGIC CAROUSEL". MAGIC CAROUSEL was designed to be a digital/video version of a pre-schoolers "busy box".

I remember playing Intelivision Live at my uncles house years ago. I tried that carousel game which I think was categorized as "Unfinished." I had no idea what the hell was going on.

Watching a video so old that it itself is almost retro, that's about retro games while thinking back to a time that these types of CGR videos were still being created, makes for a really wierd nostalgia-inception. Damn, I miss when CGR made videos like this about games.

Great review!!!!. 2:51. BEE-SEVAWNTEEN-BAWMURR!. AVGN reviewed this but he made it very famous thus making the B-17 Bomber bit popular as hell.

I know it's a good game. I wish I could have been born 10 years earlier (1977) so I could have started my love for Video Games with the classic 1st generation gaming consoles. It would have been a blast to even start out with the Magnovox Oddessy!

@Blockygraphics looking at this I see your point. There may be some sort of retro revivial of the 00's at some point but it would be nowhere near as big as the 80's- early 90's revival.
