I use my Stick Stand all the time! Originally they came with an orange ball for the top of the joystick that works great too. I run a strip of electrical tape around the joystick base before putting it in the stand, it stays stuck nicely.

hey you can revisit this same theme with another joystick attachment i remember back in the day there was a shroud you place over the top of the controller and it gives you a better grip of the stick and a bigger button that pushes into the smaller button below wish i could remember what it was called anyways it would be a perfect companion 'piece' to the stick stand also hey, maybe there's a market for a beige (color matched) stick stand

Fun fact: the stick stand originally came with a ball top so you could make it feel more like an arcade joystick!

ZZZzoOOoOnNNEE ooOF DdDAAannGeR...!! As easy as it is to make "Danger Zone" jokes, it's hard to deny Kenny Loggins has a lot of great music. "Outside From The Redwoods" really should have earned the Emmy it was nominated for. That concert was absolute class and it's retooled version of "I'm Alright" beats the pants off of the version heard in Caddyshack. Wish it was on vinyl.
