For the rest of the world, outside the US/UK, who have a metric scale, here is the easier metric measurement recipe: 14 gm unsalted butter, softened (1 Tbsp) 570 gm fresh green beans (20 oz) Freshly ground black pepper to taste Kosher salt to taste 12 gm Dijon mustard, or more to taste (2 tsp) 1 ½ cups heavy cream 62 gm Comté cheese, grated (2 oz) 10 gm freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (2 Tbsp) 28 gm unsalted butter, melted (2 Tbsp) ⅓ cup dry bread crumbs 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste Preheat oven and bake at 230 ℃

I've made this dish twice since I first watched the video, and I have to admit that I have a new favorite way of cooking fresh green beans! I still make the traditional Greek green beans recipe which is delicious too, but this is a great change of pace. One thing I'd like to point out is that if you go with a budget variety of heavy cream, the sauce will turn out thinner. The flavors are still there, but it's more watery than creamy. By the way, I couldn't find Comte' cheese and used Gruyere instead.
