Fun video. Why remove the original cable stops? If you had a new torch/grinder that needed a test drive - I get it. Other reasons?

I have the same frame in the same colour, and kind of the same plans for it waiting for god knows how long... I'm planning on using drop bars though with road shifters, and 27,5 wheels to make it more of a gravel bike for it to be more comfortable and faster as well. Nice build! By the way, in the beginning of the video you said you were going to use 27,5 as well. Why did you abandon this idea? Did those not fit in the frame with the wider tyres? I don't have any 27,5 wheels at home with appropriate tyres on to test it out so that's why I'm curious. Cheers!
