Some places in the Classic WoW universe have gaps in collision, like in that ST clip 3:40 and there is another one for a bridge in Searing Gorge. I’m sure there are many more!

The Sunken Temple spot has been known since back in the HC addon days. Same is true for jumping in the water from fighting the grubs, that's not random, it's a known risk. We've been watching these same things happen for well over a year. 4 candles is also a known risk. If you see someone do it, just run right away.
