CLASSIC HOMEMADE UBE ICE CREAM | PURPLE YAM ICE CREAM E70

I have to admit one of my least favorite flavors in ice cream is UBE, but after making this homemade no-churn recipe my mind went OPPS!!🤭😲😋👌🍨
CLASSIC UBE ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 packs 250ml all purpose/ heavy/ whip cream or any of your preferred cream, chilled over night!
• 150ml or half a can of chilled condensed milk, adjust to your liking
• 4 Tbspn fresh/evaporated milk (helps in bringing that icy crunch texture other than way rich creamy), optional
• 1.5 to 2 Tbspn ube flavor, i used bakersfield FLAVORADE which is concentrated please adjust accordingly to your preference if you want milder or more intense flavor
Ps: Add cubed cheese if you're a 🧀 lover!😉
