I worked at a place that had the exact same pizza oven which I've never seen before until this year, it costs I believe $20,000 possibly more from what i remember and it was built on site by Italians, each piece of tile was put in place by the italians, ir also has digital settings and speeds, and can use eirher gas or wood, makes good pizzas

My usual favourite pizza in Italy is called Fumé. Mozzarella cheese, smoked scamorza cheese and prosciutto crudo, no tomato sauce. Tho two other favourites of mine are Carbonara pizza (Mozzarella cheese, grated pecorino, beaten egg and Guanciale, no tomato sauce) and one which I honestly forgot the name, but it has mozzarella, Italian pork sausage and potato croquettes
