I got the smaller Toteme T lock in the black grained leather with lighter stitching - I was nervous as I prefer the smooth leather but I live a more casual life. I don't like the bigger ones either. I absolutely love it and I find that as it's a bit more relaxed looking than the smooth one, it goes with so much :)

Agree. I have the larger version in the black grained leather and love it. I think it’s more versatile than the smooth leather/ gold hardware version. I can wear it casually and in more formal settings whereas the smooth leather version isn’t really a casual bag.

I have been looking for my fall bag but couldn't find anything that I liked. I was not excited about anything I was seeing. Then I watched this vlog where you discussed the Hermes Constance chocolate brown leather w/gold hardware combination. Though I did not get the Hermes bag your discussion opened me up to the color/hardware combination. So when I saw the Chanel medium double flap bag w/chocolate brown leather and gold hardware it was love at first sight. Absolutely beautiful combination. You were absolutely right!!!
