Great vide .Had a go at mine yesterday. Unfortunately can't get any of the gears, I didn't pay enough attention when taking apart my old linkage and think I added a small plastic bush to the inside rather that outside ... You highlighted a "washer" to retain the grease. Really useful to help me figure out mine 👍👍 . Looking forward to the other update videos 👌

make sure the lower knuckle by the gearbox, is tight loosen the top knuckle put the car into reverse then tighten the top knuckle going into the housing and then you should be able to find your gears . I also had the same problem. it all depends what gear your gearbox is in when you remove the roll pin.

Hi! Great and Nice video on this KAD kit. Can you work handbrake ? I would like to know whether the handbrake is interfere for fixing-bracket parts of this kit.

Thanks buddy . The good news is you get a spacer in the kit that move the handbrake sideways a bit avoiding the gear change. But that said it is tight. 👍👍

I think a magic wand gear lever gaiter would probably cover the hole you made? I bought a copy gear change that someone has made and that had a magic wand gaiter with it - I saw pics of it in the car and it looked right although I guess that gaiter was strictly designed for the earlier round tunnel so won't fit quite as neatly to a later square tunnel like yours (and mine!) Cheers for the vid and especially the measurements as that was the bit I was worried about.
