Cheers dude much appreciated. I won't spoil it for you but it gets better and worse as the work goes on haha. Its all old footage that will run out at done point then there could be a delay due to surgery and general vad health at the moment. Still have a bunch of footage though so vids will continue! Hopefully I'll get sorted out this year and cab get back to it sometime

Hey, appreciate your comment,. At the time of making this video I believe it was the best option. I have seen others fix the area like this and last time I checked it is holding out perfectly well. The metal is the same thickness too.

just doing that exact job right now myself 16.06.24 what a terrible nasty crappy piece of so called engineering that is.. a five year old could have designed a better way of attaching the subframe than this amateur concoction

How rotten is yours? You digging the original designer or my choice of repair? Haha. It does seem strange that's was designed so finicky, would have thought it to have had bigger brackets etc but I guess it was to keep down weight?
