You will definitely be able to find a replacement rubber wheel for the cam device online. It looks like this machine is able to use double needles (not a twin, two single needles)! In the '50s this was a huge deal as there were no twin needles yet. If I recall correctly (it will say in the manual) the needles are in line, so that it makes one line of stitching. Most other brands that are able to have double needles make two lines of stitching. I suspect that the Necchi setup came from industry as the single stitch line with double needles is incredibly strong and locking. Necchis of this era are amazingly well built (all metal with no plastic gears) and have very tight tolerances, so oiling is even more important. This machine is one of the best sewing machines ever made and should last for many generations. Thank you for sharing this beauty. 👍

Absolutely an amazing machine, a came across a (Japanese clone Universal) with almost identical feachers and I have never before ran a machine as smooth as this Nacchi (clone). The color on your is stunning! I have never heard of the Nacchi company before and I'm becoming more and more influence on these wonderful machines; super quiet, smooth, and strong. Thanks... highly enjoy your presentation.

Hey! I don’t know if you’d want to help me, but I have necchi that looks pretty similar to this. However, it doesn’t have the zigzag feature. Anyway I have no idea how to turn it on. Would you know where the switch would be? I could send a picture if you’d be willing to help. I’d really appreciate it.

Hey there! I own the machine, but I don't currently have it. Bronwen, who is the real expert, may be willing to help you if you've not figured it out yet. Have you? Thanks!
