Anthony was just a dumbass, new york is an at fault state and when your at fault you end up paying more than usual. He could of just divorced her and prob got away with paying her jack shit based off what he was making at the time and not future earnings. Not to mention he takes no responsibility in the fact he knew from the beginning he was marrying into a terrible marriage and still did it like an idiot. Grow up and take responsibility for your dumbass decisions lmao. Edit for people that don't know but most MEN should only be marrying in at fault states because if your wife is caught cheating (among other shit) you can basically get away with all your assets in the divorce if you listen to your lawyer and not be a dumbass.

Opie was really good in the late 90s/early 2000s when radio was still a thing that mattered. He was also good on XM because he was so driven to put out a better show than Stern. But once the merger came around, he just got more defeated and bitter and it ruined his ability to broadcast. He got really bad in 2-3 year's time. Listen to the old wnew and early xm stuff, you'll see what I mean. He was good at his role at one time

Been there. I'd been working at a golf course under my dad. Only employee in the whole place worth a damn apart from the mechanic. I busted ass. Near the end I was so pissed off at my co-"workers", one day I actually did the math. Couple giant trees blew down, so we were to cut them up and cart the wood to the giant wood pile on the other side of the course. He told us we should get through a couple of loads each before lunch and we should get everything cleared in a few days. Everyone else was using chainsaws and decent carts with automatic dumping beds. I was left with hand tools, a broken down rickety electric cart that went under 5 miles an hour that I had to load and unload by hand without a partner. By the time lunch rolled around, I did almost three times the work of the 8 person crew combined, and by the time it started raining an hour or two before quiting time, we were well into clearing the second tree. Next day, my dad asks me to print out the employee hours. I happened to notice my brother's time, and it made no sense whatsoever. Then I glanced down to my name. Found out he'd been pumping (understatement, as he might have come in 3 times in a week once while I worked there, couple weeks only once, yet was supposedly there every single day) his hours on top of stealing nearly all of my overtime and giving it to him. He usually woke me up, made his breakfast while I showered, and we'd go together. I woke up ready to go. He made his breakfast, and rather than walk by my room to go out the door, he gingerly snuck out the back door. I called him up and asked "you didn't even have the ballsack to fire me, did you?" Just hung up. Refused to admit it. Mom said I was lying. This went on for months. It came up in an argument like a year and a half later and was told that they we're giving him extra hours in order to re-compensate my dad for (legitimate) car repairs work hadn't paid for. They had the "oh, I just tripped myself up" faces when I pointed out that not only did they flat out refuse anything happened to start off with, but that this new story wouldn't have had anything to do with my hours.

39:00 onwards LOL Bill. Especially given the woman he's married to, he is royally fucked if things go awry in that marriage. Nia seems like a nightmare given her podcast appearances too

38:52 that's about as hard to answer as the meaning of life. "what's in it for the guy?" i'm divorced and I want to know why this system is so fucked like that.

This is a perfect opportunity to advise you men out there who want to get married...DON'T. And for those that are married and are just in it to avoid a brutal divorce, it's OK... get out of it! We do not have to go to court period! You do not have to be served papers.... it is not your name anyway. Look at your ID, your name appears in all capital letters! It is not you, it is known as your strawman. You can refuse it. If some stranger says Hey, are you "JOHN SMITH"? You say NO! PERIOD! THE LEGAL SYSTEM REQUIRES OUR CONSENT...DO NOT CONSENT TO ANYTHING! WAKE UP!

Never, *ever,* has anything reasonable included the words "wake up", especially right at the fucking end.

Yeah, cos all those people who didn't consent to be arrested, or evicted, or have all their goods repossessed, they just said "Hey, I don't consent to this!", and that was an end to it, the law had to leave them alone once they'd said that.

The old man shooting his wife reminds me of the late #bushwickbill verse on the ghetto boys: ".....(asking his wife)... whyd you shoot me in the eye, I would have shot uin the body..." #reallove
