Earl got "knocked out" at least twenty times in his radio career. The Paramedics took one look at him and wheeled him out upright in a chair meaning they didn't see ANY possibility that there was anything remotely wrong with his head or neck. The hospital released him after a few hours and said they may do more tests later which is how doctors tell you you're a fucking faker. Ron Bennington, his boss, walked into a meeting with management and knowing absolutely nothing about the situation was prepared to say sight unseen that Earl was full of shit. This clusterfuck lead to Earl quitting.
