He literally said that they have no F-ing clue on these pots, acting like he is better than everyone after he loses a big pot (despite Negreanu being one of the best players and most earnings in the world), which is his typical blow-up speech. Essentially he was saying what Negreanu was doing was stupid, which is why he didn't put him on the hand (except that's what you want to do in poker which Phil often does not understand, Negreanu frequently calls this out as it is not uncommon for Phil to do).

Just want to let people know, it is really what you watch on TV sometimes. Like the commenttory said if this is not on TV, Phil will throw away his hands. Phil is well known to be kinda acting a bit when he face the camera, he is a very sweet and class guy off the table especially irl event. It is like all the bad things you see him is on TV poker, but he's the person won the most bracelets that's a testament to his skills. I mean talking down to him is like talking down to every poker player didn't win any bracelets at all.
