I bought this DVD shoot when Highspots originally released it around 2003. I haven’t seen it in years and forgot how good it is! The interviewer was incredibly prepared and asked appropriate questions in a logical sequence, which I imagine would maybe have been a little harder with Piper’s style and personality. I thought both men kept up and worked well off of each other. And, yes - I’ve STILL got my DVD and "FRATS!" T-shirts tucked away somewhere.

25:15 for those unaware he’s talking about the twilight zone movie in the early 80’s. The people who died were Vic morrow and two Vietnamese child actors. The footage can be viewed on KZbin.

It's strange with all the accusations against Vince, and all the stuff Billy Jack Haynes has said and accused McMahon of, including murder, now he is arrested himself for murder? The wrestling world is messed up, Piper knows what he's talking about, RIP

@@Cultofpersonality09129Yeah that's not capitalism dummy. That's everywhere, people just hate it because they don't have much and can't figure a way to make more $$. I totally get it too. It ain't easy finding a score or racket for yourself/family. (But a system that gives people things is the death of all human art and endeavor, so not gonna happen in the u.s not on a large scale.)

I think Billy Jack did it hoping him and Vince would serve time together and he could finally get that DNA sample.

Ill never for get that one interview hot rod did when he was asked about gays in the buisness back in the day he was asked about guys like pat patterson and lord alfred hayes when asked about it roddy just looked up paused and said if you were young coming up in wrestling back then it was a tough buisness a real tough buisness it was like he was having flashbacks he was telling us in so many words everything we heard was true

Owen woulda had a job waiting at WCW (which, according to his brother, was where he wanted to go) if he were fired. So, if he thought he woulda gotten fired for walking instead of the gimmick, one would assume he would have happily walked out to the ring. Either way, Roddy was the man when I was a kid. He was the first heel/antihero I ever cheered for. First time I thought to myself as a youngster, "damn, the bad guy is cool/funny." RIP to a legend, and thanks for the good memories.
