I personally like Classic Sonic more, and I kinda have this game to thank for that. This was the first mainline Sonic game I played, and I after that I played the Classics on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, if any of you have heard of that. Ever since then, I felt more captivated by Classic Sonic, and by extension, 2D Sonic more than 3D. I may get some hate for that, but it's just my opinion.

I respect your opinion. But as an Enjoyer of adventure and 3D sonic in general, 3D is much more captivating and feels more free to play. From the Genesis vs Super Nintendo era, never liked Sonic and preferred Mario. But up until the Dreamcast/Gamecube i played Sonic adventure and instantly fell in love! The atmosphere, Rocking OST, Freely to move sonic more than just holding right or left, i loved it way way way more than 3D mario i became a big fan. But its always cool to see people having different opinions and ways they got into the games!

I honestly kinda like classic sonic more than Modern sonic. I definitely think this was a great collab video with Glokaze. I prefer classic sonic as he is more down to earth and only bonds with the few he is close to. His simpler design is just my taste. His games are easier to keep up with. Modern sonic has more friends and advanced gameplay. He is more artistic and yeah, I still think he’s cool. He’s my least favorite of the 3 sonics but, not in a way I hate him.

For me, everyone just like classic sonic for nostalgia, and dont really care if the game is good, if is modern the game is mostly hated/considered not that good, and thats why mario, for exanple, gets a positive reaction in every game released, beacause they never change the formula, 2d is a basic 2d plataformer, 2 or 2,5D and 3d games are about completing tasks on a level to win something to unlock new stages, and nintendo get it much before be too late, but paper mario is the only mario series that get negative reactions, beacause they don´t do the same thing in every paper mario game.
