The fox is voiced by Paul Frees, aka Boris Badenov from the Rocky & Bullwinkle Show, imitating Peter Lorre. The turtle is Ralph James, best known as the voice of Orson from Mork & Mindy. The owl is voiced by Paul Winchell, of course, the voice of Tigger from Winnie-the-Pooh. I am almost 25 years old and I have never known more than 15 seconds of this commercial existed. I never knew there was more than an owl. My entire life is a lie. I feel flabbergasted. Hoodwinked. SCHMECKLEDORFED!!
