This truck needed a ride from @406garage3 to its new home in Portland where the new owner plans to restore it back into a daily driver. Unfortunately we had quite the snowstorm on that say so the trip over the mountain was quite the adventure.

Three and a half minutes in and you've already covered two of my pet peeves from my days driving truck, drivers not pulling forward from the pumps after fueling and drivers being too lazy to throw their trash in the trashcans. Admittedly the trash cans are often full to overflowing and there might be someone blocking you in when you are done fueling. but it's usually just drivers being lazy and inconsiderate.

Thank you Casey, Similar to you, I have always believed in the saying, "I never said, I was any good at doing anything". I have previously subscribed to your channel, and now have decided to buy one of your black hoodies with those familiar words on it. I shall wear it with pride, and similar to you, I believe in the thoughts, put forward in the song, "Don't let the chain of love end with you". There is so much in helping others, in a way that you are able, when they need that little extra help, that you are able to give, without charging for it, hoping that they too will keep the chain of love going? Keep up the great work.

Used to drop totalled cars at the auction, if you couldn't chain them to the fence to drag them of the deck, you did the best you could. But that wheel lift shoved rigs into place so efficiently. I never did my job well but you do it way better than I did. Now I'm 80' long and 52.5 ton going down the freeway I miss my tow truck....

I cannot believe what has happened to the trucking industry. I learned to drive in a 2 stick Ford Louisville. I was hoping that insurance companies would put a stop to companies hiring steering wheel holders as the average accident rate is now over 2 incidents per year for long haul truckers.

I have a commercial fuel card for my Diesel Pusher RV, so truck stops are my fuel point now since it's so much easier than the front pumps when I'm towing. I try to get to the pump, fuel and move away from the pump to finish my process (I record my mileage, hours and fuel so that I can figure out my mileage since my odometer is sketchy), and I'm amazed at the number of drivers that will go in and get their lunch and such, and THEN come out and put fuel in their rigs. I do the same thing for my cars at regular pumps, but I see the same thing there at a lot of gas stations across the country.

I was about to get upset when I had a light bulb moment. Yep, popped the hood and what do you know, there sat a Carbureted 2.4 liter 4cyl. engine. I thought, OH Yeah, I remember them. It's amazing how many people don't realize how easy it is to keep ice off the windshield. Oh, well. Ice builds up on the windshield. Why? The inside of the windshield is hot. I wasn't going to teach it. Here. Starting up a vehicle. People turn on defrost and the heat up on high. Makes the windshield hot. Before you take off. Turn off the heat. Use the wipers. Start going down the road. Keep wipers on until all water is off of the windshield. Once the windshield is cooled back down. Start heat with the floor. Then, after a couple miles, turn the heat back onto the floor and the dash. Keep the heat off on the defrost. For slush freezing on the windshield. Pull over when to can not see and scrape. Then repeat presses. Ice on the windshield means the windshield is too hot.

Where everyone else would be doing 40mph. Maybe. I spent alone 16 years in Wyoming mountains. I lived in Wyoming, Nebraska, New Jersey, Louisiana, Florida, Colorado. I drove from dry roads to hurricanes. When I 4 wheel. Going up a hill. If I am not seeing the total sky. The hill or mountain wasn't steep enough. I've been there and done that. As I said.
