My momma and I use to go shopping when I was a teenager at the mall. We always had lunch at a little cafe and had the club sandwich 🥪 lunch special made like you just made with potato 🥔 salad....Momma is passed away at 80 years old now. I do this, but instead of using a toaster, I lightly spread mayo on the bread and toast on a skillet until golden. It gives a slight crunch while still being soft

I've made club sandwiches (2 slices of bread 😂) and BLTs with mashed avocado on the bread instead of mayo...the creamy avocado is delicious. I highly recommend it, you'll love it. 😋😀

Club sandwiches will always be my favourite. I like mine on Texas toast, but because it's thicker bread I actually do only use two slices lol. I make mine not too full and cut into triangles so I can dip it in a cup of soup. Soup and sandwich is the perfect lunch anyday.

Sara, I just discovered you and must say I am happy I did! You are humble and honest and just down right real. That’s hard to find in here no matter what genre of video you watch. My least favorite thing about modern video editing is how these people cut the video and make it look like it’s now 30 seconds later when it isn’t. How stupid that is. Me and my girls cook every night. We love eating in and making dishes we would normally pay a lot for. Cooking Indian, Thai , and Classic American has been our go to recently. Your videos are fun for my 9 year old daughter while making her see that she too can cook if she wants to. She helps and we all get involved.
