Great question! Any laptop works to get started coding, don't let the brand of computer stop you from getting started. But once you're running multiple servers at once & building inside large repositories you might want something more powerful (normally a business will buy you a laptop as part of the job). My choice is the Macbook Pro Performance M1 14Inch 2021
