Hey Holderhek, I noticed something, and i want your pov if you dont mind. So, both you and SixtyUprades are putin those damn devilsaur legs first. BUT, if i make the math with the data i have (didnt test myself tho), I think the Legguards of the chromatic defier is clearly better. To sum up : Devil : 1%crit /46 AP/ 12sta / 148 armor / 0 res Chro : 33agi! = 1.6%crit !! / 33agi+9strengh = 51 AP ! / 15sta ! / 349 armor ! / 5 all res ! If the ration for agi to crit/AP is right, it's clearly a no match and I wouldnt hesitate trading those junglehobo trousers for the chromatic Defier. (ok the carapace is unlootable but that's not the point here) thx

I mean you could definitely use them instead of devilsaur, it's really more of devilsaur are a hell of a lot easier to acquire and basically the same thing...IF you don't consider the 2p bonus which is incredibly useful.

I'm a tauren and my guild is planning on having me be the nightfall person, but I dont wanna go NG or ED. I wanna do deep enhancement for the dodge/armor talents cause i wanna tank dungeons as well. If i'm not getting the elemental devastation procs, how much is that gonna cripple my flurry uptime if i'm already close to 30% crit with buffs

You don't need elemental devastation to get good up time with nightfall. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

Also, what are your thoughts on putting iron counterweight on rag, with the other hast enchants, We would see 5% speed increase, do you think its worth?

That was fun af Lay. That's a clip on my twitch as well. For the counterweight I believe crusader still beats it out via math as well as just being way more fun to use in general. For PVP I would definitely use a weapon chain and in PVE an axe with 'sader. Weapon skill too stronk.

Dude I see you pulling crazy dps but you never pull aggro...I'm literally waiting for 3 sunders and I still pull aggro with fist of omakk... is it a tank issue or what's going on lol

@@cdw6963 it's 100% a tank issue. Tanks think mitigation is everything but the reality is a tanks ONLY job is to try to pull more threat than the DPS while staying alive.

Pretty off-topic question: How do you farm gold as a enhancement shaman? I got my eye of sulfuras 2 weeks ago but am struggling to make the gold for the mats. I'm fishing squids and just started to level mining, but raiding bwl is quite expensive in my guild, which is kinda stalling my HoR...

Duo dm east jump runs with a warrior. Fishing for winter squid/nightfin. Elemental earth/fire farm.

What about the totem twisting Orc NF shaman build/gear setup? I'd assume that is a spec/combo that a lot of us are going to experience? Can't wait to here back from you or others.

If your main focus is totem twisting, the only thing you need to worry about is hit cap, high crit, int / MP5.

Hey bro, i got DFT 2 days ago and im doubting about HoJ or Blackhand breadth. HoJ is awesome but im not sure if the proc can proc another WF. Would be great if you could help me. Thanks. Enhancement master spec.

HOJ can always proc windfury, that's ones of it's strengths. If you're fully world buffed and your crit is in the 40s you'd use DFT/HOJ. Otherwise DFT/BHB.

Hey man, what's your take on including the Primalist's Linked Legguards in the Tauren/Troll ED Build? I am thinking to replace the Devilsaur Set with these + Chromatics and getting those 2% Hit with either Truestrike or Accuria - with DFT - or 4% without DFT. Intellect and Stam is obviously always nice to have (while losing AP that is) and on top 2% Spellcrit and 1% Spellhit make it easier to live out the purpose of this Spec which is to proc ED... appreciate your work!

Wouldn't be awful but I really don't like hybridization in pve gear. It never really works out all that well in practice. Could work better with world buffs but without them I'd definitely not. With all things that are just my opinion tho feel free to test it out and lemme know.

How do you feel about Sabatons of the Flamewalker once you get taut dragonhide shoulderpads until you get boots of the black flame? (I'm 3rd in line for the boots and we haven't gotten a pair yet)

Those are basically PvP boots but they aren't terrible. Bloodmail are a better option since they provide hit but if you don't need the hit you can use savage gladiator boots or dread wolf.

So, I just learnt that I should drop sulfuras for that BWL axe ? i managed to get all the stuff for that orange hammer on my own through farm in av, without a fckin guild, i only miss the eye (which is a matter of time) . And now i realise it was worthless without dft ? I m deppressed in orc

It's not worthless you can spec NG or just use the tauren/troll set. The axe would be used on boss fights and the hammer on trash (including the alliance which are also trash).

The math ends up being better DPS on haste but it's not that much better. It is however MUCH less expensive.

Is it that much of a difference going Libram of Rapidty over Libram of Voracity? I have +8 strength on helm/gloves/legs right now and debating to switch to the haste...Should I stick with the strength or switch? I'm Tauren with hand of rag

Haste scales and str does not. Keep the voracity for now and upgrade to haste in AQ. Dark horse pick, use the zg enchant so your Mana pool isn't garbage. A LOT of our damage is RNG so having 30 more int and some spell damage is fine by me tbh.

Yeah that's a pure elemental build. You would need 3% spell hit, stacking as much spell power and spell crit as possible while maintaining armor and stamina.

i know that shaman in pve is a meme dps but its 6%hit + axe orc skill ?? = 9% all ? in pvp how much is it ? if i need 9% hit to hit mobs with lvl 61++ why i need almost the same %hit in pvp if i have to hit ppl with u lvl 60 ?..

Not hating, just interested: how is hit worthless after the soft cap? If white hits account for 40-50% of one's damage and they still profit from hit after cap then 2% hit will still be a 0.9% dmg increase overall. Unless there is sth I don't know.

3/6/9% hit is hard cap for two handers depending on talents and weapon skill. Unless more hit increases the maximum crit cap but we aren't near that yet.

@@Holderhek Yeah, for 2 handers, but for dw my point still stands :P Also, warriors and rogues are near or sometimes over crit cap, depending on group composition. As soon as world buffs are lost, that's a non-factor though, then we're really nowhere near it. Guess it depends a bit on the guild and what kind of warrior we're talking about compared to what kind of shaman we're talking about.

One more thing though: I personally think that if you let people raid in a certain spec, you have to give them the damn loot. Otherwise they're just 2nd class raiders and that's not something that you should do to people. I mean, a prio based on BiS for now vs BiS forever or based on "holy shit, our tank needs more threat" makes sense but other than that, give people their loot. So I'm not opposed to giving an enhancer that trinket or anything. Just saying it should still be BiS for dw fury warriors.

I mean according to a lot of the fury warriors I talked to, they would rather use black hands and diamond flask. I completely agree with your second class raiders statement though, if they are in the raid as that spec, let them get the gear they need.

holder i think u forgot on your maths that if u replace drake fang talisman for HOJ and band of acuria, yes u lose 70 atack power but u also get 2% chance for extra hit so its not that bad i think its prety negligible of a change

@@wolololer BhB is napkin math at 60ap. HoJ is 20ap and 1extra attack every 50 swings. In PvP HoJ is nice because it can produce great burst (randomly) in pve it ends up accounting for a miniscule amount of your overall damage. But it's just really my opinion. You could go DFT and HoJ and be fine.

Being that this is offspec I'm trying to respect BWL gear for main spec but all your feedback is appreciated. Recently rewatched Ioneye's oldschool PVP video and it seems Ele is more consistant dmg

@@Holderhek honestly that's exactly what I was thinking but when I compared the sets it had way more armor vs enh ng pvp set. Elemental set 5,005 armor and the NG Enhancement set was 2,802 armor. Enhancement set has little over +3% more dodge. Would the cloth still affect pvp being the armor is much higher and health being roughly the same? I know you specialize in ENH but it would be nice if you could make a video on this for those of us wanting to try ele for fun in pvp especially with natural alignment crystal. Love the videos - keep them coming.

In practise it really doesn't matter as that 1% crit might be awful for an entire raid due to rng but the attack power will be constant. I've been fully bis for about the last 3-4 months, with varied build options. Enhance is never a consistent spec so just play what feels best for you.

That's what I would do, but if you feel like you have enough critical strike you can replace the black hands. I have a personal preference towards higher crit.
