I just posted my Uldaman Quest Guide a few days ago. I like how quickly you were able to go through not only both Faction's quests, but also some of the boss mechanics. Good stuff. Keep it up. I think the more content for the Classic community the better.

I hated using this video for a guide. the alliance quests, and the neutral quests are not clearly separated, and it cost me an extra 20 minutes running back and forth with gankers swarming the area
