MeiLiRose_ We never had much streaming power in SuJu's videos :) In fact most of SM artist MVs don't have crazy MV views (Like 200M+ and all) but still have amazing recognition among kpop community and Koreans :) Up until 2012, no one cared about MV views in YT and PSY's changed it all and new fandoms took it to even dangerous extent. So, what I mean is don't think too much about streaming for Legends like SuJu. People searching for their songs and listening is 100X better than streaming sessions(which isn't wrong exactly as it's love from the fandom) !!!

i am a subscriber of this channel and i was actually waiting for this and i have a lot of things to say but most and foremost i just want to thank you all for finding time to react to super junior's songs this play album. i actually don't have any clue about the chord talks and how some of you didn't like some parts of the song well i understand that because i know you understand music more than we are but i just want to emphasize what henry and elizabeth said that most like the side track songs are very good too unlike the main title track. well im not saying black suit is not good for me, definitely it is a bop but as a fan of super junior who had seen every tracks they release in every albums, this was the very good description for their songs. they have many b side songs that are too underrated i mean their album songs are all so good im not trying to biased but you know when you listen to a group's songs for a long period of time, you can see their development of styles and i can that sj can pull off any kind of songs you can throw to them. their vocals are just enough manifestation why they are labelled as kings . as also said, the 2 vocalists of the group is not present but the quality of the songs they released this album never changed, it's always outstanding the reason is that sj is a group that does not only stay in a line, their rappers can sing and some of the vocalists too can rap hahahah maybe yes there are better group in terms of dance performance but you can never deny how sj always do blend their voices so well in any types of song . their voices have different flavor and texture but blends a harmony that is very satisfying to the ears. i also so suggest you listen to other sj's side track, there's a lot of good songs sj releases esp their ballads is a killer :)

5:54 I have no idea what she's talking about. The video is cut almost completely in sync with the music and it's beautifully done, all the while serving the narrative. Every section ends with a change in what is happening on screen. The beginning reverse slow-mo is the only exception where the scene plays over the intro and the verse, but as soon as the pre-chorus hits, it goes back to real time on the beat. "The chorus came in before they finished the slow-mo reversed images" ??? The chorus was nowhere near the slow-mo reverse part. I'm really annoyed cause this lady seems like the kind of person who looks for things to criticize instead of looking for things to praise. Even her face has like a skeptical look on it throughout. If you're not going to approach this from a non-biased viewpoint, if you're already deciding that this is something that isn't up to standard before even watching the damn thing, then you shouldn't be on this show cause like seriously this is about having an open mind and she really doesn't look like she does.

The problem with them is that they are basing everything musically. This was a music video and it had a story which I don't think she really paid any attention. If she did she would've seen how it flowed perfectly with the music and aesthetic of the song. The editing was done to perfection with every frame lining up 100%. The reversed in the beginning was the same frames used in the middle for as the conflict leading to the mystery of the BLACKSUIT. That was pure genius and resourceful with nothing going to waste. It was the most creative since Mamacita. Sometimes we need to step out of ourselves and keep an opened mind. This way we don't miss or misinterpret anything base on our acknowledge of a particular area.

I recently found your channel, and as someone who's listening to kpop and not having any foundation in music theory, I found these comments on the music very enjoyable and knowledgeable to watch. There's one thing I've been searching in the channel and don't find it, have you ever heard of So hyang? The video where you reacted to Chen and Baekhyun's Immortal song performance, I kinda stumbled on how one of the reactors commented on how strain their voices are, the first thing that came to my head is So Hyang. She participated in a show called the king of mask singers, and she won as the champion for, I don't know how many seasons straight, until she couldn't participate in a season to defend her champion position anymore because of her work schedule. So I would like to recommend reacting to her vocal, and if you're going to do it I recommend these two songs: Dear Love which she sang on the king of mask singer, and another song is Arirang Alone, which is the recomposition of Korean traditional folk song, and both really giving me goosebumps. Just a suggestion from a fan of this channel. With Love.

Constanza González Scene Stealer is on the not to react list. I personally like Scene Stealer. It's a trendy song but a bit monotone when in terms of instrumentals. I think that's why Umu didn't include it.

Super Junior are great~ Umu! It would be great if they reacted to 100%. Their vocal line is truly something else. They even won immortal song 2 twice (pretty sure they are the only idol group group to do so or at least they did for a while which is a feat considering they aren't well known, they are also the only group to release LIVE dance practice videos. That means they sing out loud while dancing without mics or much help). On their very first appearance too. They have gone through a lot but they have a lot of passion for their careers please do consider it at least:)

First of all, thanks for reacting to Black Suit and Runaway, they both are great songs and it was nice to appreciate it in a deeper way -musically talking-😊😊 I really hope and ask you to react next time to some of their Mamacita's album songs (seriously, almost all of them are gold) or to K.R.Y ones (either as subunit or soloists).
