Welcome to Zhou Shen's family. FYI, all Zhou Shen's performances have not been autotuned whatsoever and he always sings with a full open mic which not so many artists will do nowadays because of their abilities. By the way, you only listen to 1% of Zhou Shen's talents based on this video. To tell you a bit about Zhou Shen's background. He is from China. He got bullied when he was young just because his voice didn't change when puberty came but that was not his choice and people called him names like a sissy or he sounds like a woman etc..... because of that he didn't sing in front of people for a long time and he even tried to tone down his voice when he speaks. It takes a long time for him to accept his own voice again and gets where he is now all around the world. He studied Dentistry in Ukraine when he was young but because of the language barriers, he changes to study Classical music there instead. His goal is to combine Classical and Pop music together to introduce them to those who didn't know what Classical music is. His vocal range is very wide and his breath control is extremely good. He is a polite, funny, and humble guy. He can sing at least 12 different languages which included Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Russian, Ukraine, Polish, Japanese, Hindi, French, Italian, Thai, Spanish, etc........ He can even sing 6 different voices in one song. His music has so many different genres. If you are willing to dig into his performances, you will be amazed by his talents. A lot of music can heal people's bodies but not many can heal people,'s, souls. Zhou Shen's music is one of them that can heal your soul. He is but a phenomenal singer. To better appreciate hs expansive vocal skills n techniques, its imperative to listen to hs other performances. Shen Shen is an amazing singer! He can sing different types of song such as classical, pop, opera etc. If you like classical, you can react “Think of me”, “Memory”. Welcome to the world of Zhou Shen (his Western name is Charlie so he is also called Charlie Zhou or ShenShen by his fans). His voice didn't change during puberty. Still sounding like a girl in middle school he was badly discriminated by some of his classmates and he stopped singing in front of other people. Fortunately he regained confidence and was able to make his uniqueness his strength. Today he is one of the most popular singers in China and he is also a friend of Hua Chenyu. He studied Bel Canto at Lviv National Musical Academy in Ukraine. They taught him to sing in his tenor voice but not how to sing falsetto. His soprano singing is self-taught. He does not always sing that high and he has a wider range than shown in this performance but he prefers the upper range in most of his songs. Zhou Shen is a fascinating character. He went to Ukraine to train as a Dentist. His voice was noticed and he started on his journey to become a singer. He has some exceptional vocals. Aside from his voice, he has a captivating, impish personality. For a performance which is less Operatic, try "Monsters" on Singer 2020. His signature song is "Big Fish". It would be interesting to see you Reacting to a member of S Korean crossover group, Forestella, (Kang Hung-Ho), who unlike Zhou Shen had no formal vocal training prior to appearing on the show where Forestella was formed. His vocals on "Phantom of the Opera" are stunning, given he was untrained at that time. (He was a full time Research Chemist who was a Rock singer in a band in his spare time).

His duet with another singer to a song called "doomsday spaceship" is seriously cool fwiw. Also looking forward to more Sohyang. I don't think you touched her King of the mask singer yet, which honestly has some of her best and it's complete variety. Breathe is epic. She sing raps Day Day and makes that epic. Mona Lisa is lots of high high mix rock. The one other you really need to experience is Fate from I am singer. So cool you did get Misty. Breathe is even more stunning. Home from masked singer is so cool as well. But Breathe from masked singer and Fate from I am singer are the two tops. Half the audience is in tears on Fate. Breathe keeps tearing recent reactors. They are something.

I'm so glad you finally found him. He is special so you will love watching all his songs. The Show was a competition for Classically trained singers so right up your alley. Super Vocals is one of my favourite shows and I have watched its 13 episodes 3 times as the characters and personalities were great. You can get it with English Subs. Watch them for yourself, it is marvelous. There are many Zhou Shen videos so help yourself. They call him the walking voice tuner as he is pitch perfect. Please do more. He is so young here and already really good but he was not very confident. He is amazing and just gets better and better. He has really been exploring the full range of his capabilities. Check out his performance Floating Lights, City of Lights, song of Heavens Island, Ring the Doorbell, and Listen with Tan Wei Wei to name a few. Wait til you hear him now. Lastly (sorry, wasn’t expecting you to ask a question), ShenShen can best be studied by his work on “Our Song,” a singing competition in which a junior was paired with a Master. He was with Hacken Li. They did a nice range of styles (even a hip hop), but if you search Zhou Shen Our Song, you will find clips of individual performances. My favorite was their version of the theme song from Flight of the Condor.

I’m watching your reaction and just loving seeing someone experience ShenShen for the first time. Search Upwards To The Moon, a duet he sings with DingDing. Mind blowing. He has trained with the Chinese Opera. He teaches singing to juniors as well. In one session, the junior was running out of air and was challenged maintaining the note. ShenShen taught abdominal exercises to strengthen the core to give strength to longer notes. Worked immediately for me! His technique is amazing. I’ve learned a lot just watching his breathing and his mouth positioning.
