Fan of Mori from Middle East subscribed because of her. Yes , she is really special, down to earth and bubbly. Mori has natural gift and I think she has a little bit background in theater in her early teens. If she'll push herself into training to a real vocal couch, she'll be the top notch vocalist today. This performance of hers is just a couple months during the Pandemic ( lockdown) in the Philippines, she's now 24 so she's basically older here than her Wish Bus performances. I think the person who told you she wasn't classically trained did not mean she hasn't had training. Because if they did they would be wrong she has had training there's a big difference in a 13yr Mori and a 16yr Mori. You can see the training she worked very hard.

Morissette when not performing is bubbly just like any 24 yr old woman. She just turn into this beast when she performs. It’s like a switch you can see it on some of her videos on WishBus (Never Enough and Akin ka na lang). To some her confidence on stage and the way she is so effortlessly navigating through her registers. They see that as arrogance or trying to show off. Just goes to show you can’t please everyone and people will always find something to not like about a person. But you are correct she is one of the most humble and down to earth performers in the Philippines. She is our Queen Morissette. #AsiasPhoenix

Her range is Bb2-D8, her practical range is the same as Dimash's practical range, although his known range is A1-D8. Both do crazy vocal acrobatics. Her vocal breaks are little whistles somewhere in the 6th octave and she started doing D7's and D8's just to wake people up. My favorite female vocalist and Dimash is my favorite male vocalist and I'm so happy we live in a time where some people in suits don't control who's voice will be heard.

A lot of Filipinos aren’t classically trained, rafter they learn from “the streets”. I think there’s a standard of expectation if you are to stand out in the Philippines as singing is a very common talent among the general public, it’s deeply rooted in our culture. So when you say things like she’s very “resonant,” in my opinion, it’s a basic requirement on top of personal specialities if you want to impress Filipinos. There are certain qualities and expectations, almost like knowing your ABC’s but that’s a whole ‘nother topic.
