For investment, if they take loans, then those interest rates are decided by the central banks (or the govt in case there were no central banks at that time). Then how can we take both of these, which are fixed by different entities and have exactly opposite effect on savings and investment, on the same side of the graph?

For savings too central bank decides the interest rate, Interest rates for saving and investment are not fixed by different entities. Whatever benchmark the central bank decides based on the economy, that is followed by the banks to provide the interest rate.

I would discuss that when i will cover various theories of money. Still the answer of your question will be that it is a feature of the classical model that employment is independent of the quantity of money. so the level of employment wont change if money supply changes (increased or decreased).
