I live in England . This is the dogs bo**ocks ! I have no knowledge of most of these but ! I can see a profit to be made if you know your stuff ! Your front piece attracted me. That '58 Chevrolet Biscayne looked so cool but that interior killed it . For me the '49 Caddy was the best. It wasn't the car, it was the engine 1949 OHV V8 ! Think about it 71years old ! And that was when it was in production ! I'm no mechanic , l'm a panelbeater / sprayer but that impresses me. Thankyou for letting us share your knowledge and love of motors. That Pontiac is the ugliest car l've ever seen ! No wonder they went bust! So sad . They were the coolest , and the hottest in the '60's .

I go to Flea Markets in a major city where most of the stuff is household stuff. Occasionally, I will see small car parts, trim and such. How do you know what parts are worth a lot of money if you are unfamiliar with it?
@ClassicRideSociety4 жыл бұрын
If you're unfamiliar with it, you could do some quick research with your phone. But I typically know what things im looking for so I know more or less what they are worth
@sanfranciscobay4 жыл бұрын
@@ClassicRideSociety Most of the things I would see are unmarked so I don't know what car they are from or what year they are.
@ClassicRideSociety4 жыл бұрын
@@sanfranciscobay that comes with experience. I'm pretty good with factory air conditioning and heating parts because I used to work for a company that restores those parts. I do that for myself now.. But most parts have markings and part #s on them to help figure them out. When it comes to engine parts, #s are everything. That determines when it's rare and worth money or if it's a common part
