I came up in BMX (street) as Cole was coming up. We're from different towns in the suburbs and we'd see each other at parks and downtown Philly often. That double kink 50-50 towards the end is a rail that I did the first ever gap to Smith grind on a that rail. It's actually a church and I had my sacraments there and my daughter was baptized there. Cole had a nick name, Cole-Tang and when he got on Zero, he had to get a new wardrobe. 😆 Anyway, we knew each other and I was so inspired by Jaime Thomas. His part in Toy Machine W.t.H was the inspiration for my first video part. Doing bangers with long hair in some clips and a buzz cut on others. We were all so psyched that Cole got on Zero and that video premiere was at a theater maybe a half mile away from my house. I've met big time pro BMXers but they were just other riders to me. Seeing Jamie Thomas was almost like a religious experience. Me, Wiz who lived there and Edwin Delarossa and Vic Ayala (pro street BMXers) came down from north jersey to see it. Bam had to be snuck in through a back door for some reason.
