Conrad Bain was a class act. This was a great family show. A far cry from the debauchery on TV today.

And Conrad Bain was an amazing man he stuck by Todd bridges side through everything! His son even called him grandpa.

Conrad Bain was a wonderful man. Todd Bridges spoke warmly about him, how he nurtured him, Gary and Dana off screen and had a director who made the children cry fired.

I believe it. He radiated goodness and warmth. He looked like a great dad on tv. I wish Dana had had him to turn to after that awful Howard Stern interview. He broke her spirit. She just over did it out of pain. She felt humiliated by him. I hope she's in a good place now with her son, and whoever else she loved. ❤

I always wanted them to do a reboot of this show. Unfortunately that will never happened since the majority of the cast is dead. I know for sure that Todd Bridges(Willis)is still alive. I've seen him in a lot of movies and tv shows.

Audiences are too fragmented now due to the unlimited options available for entertainment now. The broadcasters and producers want programs that are guaranteed to get a lot of viewers.

The writers brought in Maggie and Sam to replace Dana Plato(Kimberly), because at the time Dana was going through problems with drugs. The writers written her character out of the show midway through the 6 season. After agreeing to go to rehab, the writers bought her back to make guess appearances during the final 2 seasons.

@@marctaylor3114 they were annoying add ons. The show didn’t need new characters, the dynamic was fine with Willis and Kimberly

Lol I didn't want them to get married either. I thought Maggie was too bossy and Sam was so winny. They both got on my nerves. The show would of been better with just the guys. Bring Kimberly back when she got cleaned up. I really loved this show. Still do. RIP Gary, Conrad, Dana, and Charlotte.
