Hi Sir, new subscriber here! Ask ko lang po kung anu po reference nyo on this topic and may I ask na rin po in your opinion kung ilan % ang ideal na ikakarga as a contingency sa bawat classification? Thanks in advance

Those things are just my experience, there is no reference. About the percentage, the higher drawing percentage the lesser mark-up you need. I would say range from 40-50% for conceptual dwg, but for 75-100% should not be more than10% ideal to win the bid. Thanks
