Sir with ur permission i want to add differential point.... Sunk costs r those which r unrecoverable within accounting period and implicit costs r those which r not recorded in accounting period.... That is why In PAA question paper right answer was Implicit costs bcz question was about recording

opportunity cost is the cost which we loss according to our wrong decision....eg. if i earn 100 per month and someone give me 200 per month....and i m not going to switch to a job of 200 per month...so we loss 100 ...this cost is cost is called opportunity cost according to me ....plz clear sir

Production cost also means office n adminstration overhead cost..... Mariginal cost is prime cost plus variable overhead....it changes by volume of products..... differential cost is kind of extra cost in the production....it may be incremental r decremental....depends upon volume of goods production

Sunk cost means cost u hv done in past....this is irrecoverable....n irrelevant for decision making.... implicit costs r not real costs.....but we consider thm in decision making.,.... explicit cost r out of pocket cost means costs in manufacturing of products

Fixed cost is dat cost which is fixed but sir how it decreases as production increases and increases as production decreases as per u sirg and written in ur book. In fact from my perspective, if our production increases which means we r getting more profit den we will give incentive to our employees. That means fixed cost (salary) increases as production increases. Plz let me clear dis sirg

It is allocated to units na. So more the units produced, the less will be the fixed cost per unit. Apki fixed cost agar 2 lacs h aur units 10000 banaye tou per unit cost 20 hogi but agar ap 20000 units banaoge tou per unit fc 10 rupees hogi.

In economics, marginal cost is an addition to total cost or a cost which changes with the change in the level of output right and vo change variable cost ki vjh se aata h and in costing we say ki marginal cost variable cost hoti h so u can relate this in that sense and differential cost ka change level of activity, technology, method of production in sbki wjh se aata h aur ussme fixed or variable dono cost me change aata h.
