To call him a disinformation agent is naive because obviously anyone with security clearance duties can’t just go on a tell all campaign without risking costly reprisal. The Elsworth incident is explained as being one entity behind the fenced perimeter, and then suddenly Mr. Doty is referring to two entities behind the fenced perimeter. It’s confusing and I had to go back several times to try to figure it out and it should be fixed in editing at some point otherwise credibility is lost in this presentation.
