You can petition to the Vatican to access certain books and artifacts for a scholarly research if your credentials are worthy and if by chance they let approve your request, they will have the things you wish to look at, if they approve one thing they may not approve all requests. You then go to a private room where a priest or Swiss Guard is present while you look at the objects and read or study the piece of art or whatever. But you never get to see the actual vast archives. I imagine there are a few of the highest ranking Cardinals and the Pope could see everything but maybe not. There may be some special council that controls even what the Pope sees. It's such a secretive, and powerful entity that maybe there are people the Pope has to obey and have more power than he does. Like the Cardinals who choose the Pope when the existing one dies. I would guess that all the answers mankind has been asking about men, Earth, the Universe, God, all other religions, other beings from Earth or not, and everything else is answered by things in the Vatican Archives.

Company I work for builds underground parking for highrises and we did a retaining wall off the side of a mountain. Dug 36 inch wide footing then stood the wall with rebar dowels and a grid of rebar. Peri panels as forms or could do yourself with plywood and camlocks.

My Grandmother was born in 1914. She told me there was a time when her sister had their father committed to an asylum because of the money people were getting paid to have your family committed. The Brisbane town hall was supposed to have been built between 1920 to 1930. When you check the construction photos all you see is the tower section being built with the remaining lower building already constructed. The infamous orphan trains.. I first heard about this subject on a Michelle Gibson video, a few years ago. 😢.. and on the surface it is a sad and terrible reality and the results of war.. but it’s not that simple.. most people don’t have the time to give this subject a second thought and move on.. but it’s much more sinister and downright diabolical.. I could go on and on about the nasty little details that I have issues with even discussing.. So I will just say this, war is hell and it can generate a lot of children with no folks alive to care for them.. sure, it’s definitely a thing.. but it’s just like there was a few power hungry families.. and they changed a few key things, as they began to exert control.. we previously had a 13 month year, we had technology that provided free electricity, and free clean water, buildings that were centers of healing with the music of large pipe organs.. and bells.. it was by any stretch of the imagination, a really great type of existence! 😊 and we are aware of a “calamity “ took place.. and afterwards, they rounded up the naysayers and the all of the people who were not willing to cooperate with the new rules and leadership.. and took their kids from them, and they were placed in the asylums, to be re-educated or something else that keeps you from being a problem.. no matter what that meant..😮😢 And the kids themselves were not much better off.. like I said, I will not elaborate, but if it’s a bad or awful thing then it was happening.. no I am not shocked or surprised by some of the things that people have been caught doing.. and I am just trying not to get cold and desensitized but I understand now how people who do certain jobs, become emotionally stunted..😢

The book Three Years Among The Comanches by Nelson Lee describes him and his Comanche companions going to an abandoned, stone-built, magnificent city/town. He says there was a large cathedral. It sounds like it was partially buried, and the land around it was desolated. I believe this was in Arizona somewhere, but I could be remembering that wrong. The Comanches wanted nothing to do with that site, and seemed to view it as accursed. For those who are looking for mentions of such things in old books.

Info re Chicago construction is true. The Parthenon in Nashville (the world's only exact replica) is another prime example of an inconsistent narrarive around the construction. It was supposely temporary for the World's Fair, and later made permanent, but many claim the original scructure was more permanent than portrayed. There are historical postcards and photos of the "original structure" that don't look alike, as if they're different buildings. Strange.

Also The Spanish (Catholic) missions along Californias coast with all Spanish Names beginning in the 1740s and look into When the western states of US were still Mexico. The Gold and Silver rush were real and boom towns did rise up quickly in California around 1849 as you mentioned the population excluding indigenous grew to around 25,000 by 1850! As a civil engineer I’d like to weigh in on the mud flood basement thing. TLDR, the streets were raised to accommodate for underground utilities. The way that most cities are founded is they start as a small settlement. A few houses here and there. Then as population grows so does the volume of shit and the hazard it poses to the towns health. And thus the need for a sewer system arises. Sewer systems traditionally operate on the principle that shit flows down hill, typically the lowest slope you want for a functioning sewer system is about 1/4” fall over 1 foot of linear distance or 2” fall for every 100’ of sewer. Which you would run to your nearest waterway typically because In those days, the ruling mindset was “the best solution for pollution is dilution” so a river was a great way to make shit go away. And so If you live 500’ from the river, the bottom lip Of your sewer pipe had to be 10 whole feet above the rivers elevation. If you live in a flat city that’s 12’ of street elevation rise, congratulations you know are the proud owner of a home with a basement. But most landscapes slope toward rivers naturally so in some instances you may only need to raise a street like 4-5’ to accommodate your Sewers., we still do this today actually there are some cities in Florida that are rasing. The street level to accommodate for climate change’s predicted sea level rise.

After that, since they were no longer a settlement but a city, they created sewers and literally built on top of what had been destroyed. To this day, one section of Seattle is called the Denny Regrade, because they regraded the hill. In previous centuries, after war, fire, earthquake, flood destroyed a city, they would build on top of the destruction. That's why archeologists find layers of habitation.

I went to the Dry Tortugas! It was amazing!!!!! Never knew I was on a Star fort until a few years ago. They stuck cannons in the windows to make it seem like a military lookout post.
