Bullying in schools has always been a problem. In recent years, people of oldrr generations call the younger generations soft for complaining about bullying like bullying and getting bullied is some right of passage/part of growing up, same with teen suicides over cyber bullying back in the 00s, saying "we were getting beat up and you cry babies are killing yourselves over getting bullied on the internet?" I was bullied in 9th grade by three football players from my school. I was 86 pounds and hungry alot. I am a girl. I sat in the back of the room in algebra class. The football player sat in front of me. Every day he turned around and told me that I was so ugly that I should go home and kill myself. He would steal my pencil, books, homework, purse, and sweater when I had to go up to the board and work an algebra problem. I would return to my seat and everything was gone. The bell would ring and I couldn't hand in my homework because it was stolen. After two months of that, I went to the high school counselor and begged to change to another math class. She put me in business math instead of fixing the bullying...Schools don't care. This story of the young men giving this child clothes and shoes is so heartwarming. Teachers should stop the bullying. It's ridiculous how they know and ignore it.

It’s great how the first kid to help actually started out laughing with the other kids. We all mess up but at a young age to realize that was wrong and instead of continuing on not only stopped but changed his ways to do something positive and meaningful and then recruit his friend is great. And kudos to the kid that filmed and shared because kids are always sharing fights and other demeaning things about kids glad someone shared a good moment

Controlling your emotions and remaining in balance is the path to selfmastery - any Kung Fu master will tell you this. Compassion and love has nothing to do with shedding tears, that is a big social misunderstanding.

He wasn’t implying that he was weak. He was saying he broke down. Was touched. If he truly thought crying was weak, he’d have never mention it. They are all so sweet. Went to school in 80s and 90s got bullied for the longest time, until I resorted to violence then it stopped. Hit my bully right in the nose, he never did it again. Not the best way to handle it and would never recommend it, but it did work. Bullying is of all times, it is a survival instinct ingrained into us, to appear bigger to others so they won't mess with you, by picking on the ones that seem weaker as you or eliminate the weak ones because it weakens the group.

When it was the girls birthday my daughter asked her what she wanted and she said a portable CD player and my daughter asked me if we could get her one and I was like sure...and we did that child was so happy!
