The friends aren't fitments of her imagination? How did you get to that conclusion? The idea their voices are louder are to show their support as friends. It's symbolic. They aren't actually voices in her head.

Yes, I agree. Why would there be such an emphasis on the voices being stronger, if they weren't actually her real friends's voices? Also, the ending's tone wasn't creepy or suspicious, it was just somewhat comforting. So, at least, to me it definitely didn't come across as a delusion.

I dont know how you got to the conclusion that quinn and lillia are fragments of june's imagination but thats not true at all, they are very much real and its obvious from their dialogue and in every ending, not june or her doctor ever said or even hinted at that conclusion so i am genuinely curious as to how you reached to it /gen

I’d guess it’s probably just the phrasing and how it relates her friends’ voices to Ian’s. It’s definitely the wrong one but like, I guess I could see how they might’ve reached that conclusion.

Theyre half siblings, Anya is Ares’s biological mother and theres a photocard showing Ian’s biological mother. Back of the photocard shows a date June 15th its either his mother’s death or birthday. I think Ian has some sort of mommy issue and find June similar to his mom hence his obsession.

Ugh I hate how common these kinda game plots are. It's just so oversaturated and it's such a shame because so much obvious talent goes into it. But I'm just completely and utterly uniterested because once again it's just another "crazy guy terrorizes girl" plot. This has nothing to do with the video solely just venting a personal frustration with this indie game niche

I kind of understand what you mean. Even before I started playing, it was pretty obvious the way its story was going to unfold. For me, the thing that could have made it better (or will make it better if we get a continuation) is if we get a complex psychological take on Ian's family situation. The only things I genuinely found fun was the ambiguity of this family's past, no "grand monologue" to reveal anything, and just information relayed to us by dates, photos, names. As simple and unoriginal the plot itself was, the theory crafter in me was definitely awakened by the snippets of the content we got about Davis-Petrov family

@@phrinus Yeah I can see the appeal to that, it's more just a personal taste thing I'm not a fan of these kinds of stories so I'm kinda sick of seeing them lmfaoo. Hopefully the eventual continuation is able to deliver and provide an interesting backstory.
