Do you recommend us to write everything on the board then explain them or write a sentence and explain it then write another one, and so on?

I would say: always teach pronunciation without students looking at the board. And my choice would be clarifying sentence by sentence. Writing too much on the board is not advisable. If you feel you have to, prepare handouts.
