I had a back wall like yours and I used king size flat sheets I found cheap at Big Lots. You can find them in about any color you want and you can wash them at the end of the year to use again. They were much easier to hang than any kind of paper.

What about covering the wall in brick paper the light wash kind of like a focus wall accent wall that would look great!

I would cover the back wall when you have time. The better than paper shiplap could go along the bottom then just black or colorful panels of butcher paper above with a boarder along where the two meet.

Def use the better than paper for the back wall. The blue is so calm and you don’t want to add bright colors and have them clash.

My school gives 2 weeks before school start to be in classrooms they don't allow anyone in from day of check out until 2 weeks before the start because that gives them time to get all cleaning and maintenance done..

Charlotte, I was wondering what happened to your rats??? I mostly watch your set up videos. Also don't you have a large black bookshelf? Those things could go along your back wall. If they are not viable options, then I think the plan you have for the shelves along the bottom and the paper on the top sounds good. I'm looking forward to seeing how things work out.

I recommend felt. And you can get it in any color or do a few colors for different subjects!

I would put that paper up on the back wall. It will look very good

You could lower a table to be able to do work on if your sitting on that white bench. Since you mentioned that could be a station

And you can get it off the roll for pretty inexpensive usually so it's budget friendly. It also hides staple marks, and can have things hung up with Velcro.

For your wall, I would use a big section of it for a student work display. It would look nice if you hung those clipboards in your color to brighten up the beige.

Thanks for another vlog. I think your wall will look good with a stretch of bulletin board paper and trim to create a 'board'. Not necessary to cover the entire wall.

Looking so good Charlotte!!

Use Nothing but Paper across the top half of the wall since the bottom half will be mostly covered with furniture.

If you don’t want to cover that huge wall expanse, what about doing a few separate bulletin boards on that wall?
@Born2TeachAndGrow Жыл бұрын
I think you should just leave the wall as is and add the bulletin board paper :)

Cover the back wall! I know it's a lot of work...I have 2 ugly walls also...however...the paint looks so fresh that it's only making the wall look worse. I would do the e tire thing the paper you have. If you don't have enough do the middle panels black butcher paper and the rest that paper you have. I have cut it short before due to time and spend the rest of the year using furniture to cover and it's just annoying....trust me it will be worth it!

I’ve never heard it referred to as “tight lining”. I thought it was “cutting in”. Guess there’s a few different phrases. 😅
