I don't understand how putting them by alphabetical order is easy for the students who are reading for Accelerated Reader. The AR program works by levels. Our librarian tests the students 3 times a year with the test that's included with AR. Students read and test by levels, and with the use of the tests, the students advance in levels as the year goes on. My granddaughter will be in fifth grade and she reads at a 9th grade level she is not the only one who have advanced levels.. We are a Blue Ribbon school. I don't think your school or district understands what AR is for and how it's suppose to be used. I shared with Katie but like you said, she puts her books in alphabetical order.
