Hi ! I made this bread today as I was looking for a perfect bread recipe since long, and this came out to be exactly similar in taste as well soft as market bread, now I won’t take it from outside. Much needed 🙏Only little bit difference could be in the spongy texture, not much, and it’s too soft, little brittle but pls let me know how it could be fixed as I had followed the exact proportions ?
