Sorry to say but that is in no way near the Italian recipe for pizza! Also the way you spread the dough is 😬😬 please use poolish to raise the dough next time ! And don’t use so much of cheese ! Precisely use three fingers to flatten the pizza base then use your right palm to hold and left hand to pull the dough and turn as you do so!! Try to keep the side as bumpier as you can 😬😬 also don’t use a knife to divide the balls ! Anyway nice try and glad you tried !

Can you read the entire comment up above ? I’ve clearly stated she’s done well and tried spectacularly. But jab recipe hi ulta ho raha hai toh usko Bol raha hu ki she can do more. Also 1000s of people are watching her.. it’s not an easy job for her as well. She’s doing great. Mai Khot Pei Khot nahi nikal raha hu. It’s just she can do a lot better and would love to see that. Awr ji it’s upto her to take it as a complaint or a way to upscale her recipe. So cool off, I don’t mean any harm !
