when i meal prep i make chicken, steak, salmon and tilapia, then i put in a type of veggie and then i’ll make like the 90 second bags of rice. sometimes sweet potatoes, and i’ll put it all in a freezer bag, but separated like into meals, put it in the freezer bc it lasts longer and then i have different meals. it’s really good and gives you a super awesome variety of meals

ive watched all of the vampire diares two times over. Its the bomb. You'll definitely love it. the later seasons get better and more exciting. You will eventually want to watch 'the originals' afterwards which is a spin off show of some of the characters in the vampire diaries- essentially a different story line from the perspective of different characters.
